Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
3. No-Shows
No-shows are non-refundable.
